Tyler Boris
Managing Partner
Tyler has been investing in real estate for 10 years and has experience in a multitude of asset classes. He currently resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he actively manages the DR Capital Management portfolio. He is in charge of acquisitions, dispositions, and all daily operations. He carries with him 10 years of financial sales experience, where he specialized in energy derivatives. Tyler received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University, and holds a master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Chicago.
Colin Beck
Managing Partner
Colin brings with him a wide range of expertise in financing, accounting, and alternative asset management. After graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2007, he has worked in a variety of roles from direct commercial lending to distressed asset management. He also spent time as CFO of a tech startup, and currently manages all IT for DR Capital. He has been a CFA charter holder since 2012, and lives in Aguadilla, PR with his wife.
